Central location, close to the beach, easily reach everything. The owner was very helpful and kind. They provided us a fine welcome pack. Close parking was manageable after and before the peak hours.

The location was great Caravan was okay, a few niggles such as drawing on the walls, the extractor fan was hanging down and dirty inside, sticky marks on radiator

Unfortunately our stay was completely ruined by miscommunication from the park/booking team who were quite rude to us in the end. When we first checked in, we asked if it would be possible to add an additional night on to which the lady said as the following arrivals weren't due until Saturday it wouldn't be a problem, however it would be an additional £40. We said we would let them know towards the end of the week depending on the weather. On Thursday evening I tried to call a couple of times however no one answered therefore I sent an email. I received a generic reply to say please call between 9am-9pm. I called again the next morning bang on 9 o clock to ask the same question and got told it was fine to stay however it is £60 not £40. We decided to go ahead so the lady said as long as we have paid before Midday it would be fine. 09.45am I got a call to say unfortunately another booking had come in therefore we needed to be out of the caravan within an hour. I decided to call the booking line to discuss this with them to which one lady replied "well you shouldn't be in there anyway as you have a dog" & "we need to do a deep clean in there now as you have taken a dog in" I explained that I called prior to let them know we were bringing a dog and it seemed no one believed us, therefore I had to request to get the phone call that had been recorded. They then went on to say as I had not made the payment yet for the dog, it wasn't guaranteed and we had been switched back to a non pet friendly caravan. I was not advised this on the original phone call. On checking in on the Monday, I presumed we were still in a pet friendly caravan and I'd make the payment on check-out or something. I even asked on check in if our dog was allowed in the entertainment facility so our 17 month old son could come and enjoy the entertainment. According to another staff member, by asking this, it doesn't necessarily mean we have a dog.

The breakfast menu was great. There were different portion sizes and healthy options. Eating pizza outside in the evening was fun.

Expensive tariff for an average pub. The meal was also very expensive and was terrible - tough steak, chips looked and tasted like they’d been cooked a week ago and reheated. Wi-Fi didn’t work.

Continental breakfast, small TV, few channels, ok ish clean . Worn. Sounds from bar , no parking , had to leave to early for breakfast, so asked that a Continental be made up was told would be, wasn't
