  Great central location. The apartment was clean and we had a good amount of space. Facilities met our requirements. No noise from the busy streets just outside or other apartments, which I believed to be full. Pleasant staff.

  Im sure just bad timing, but the lift was out of order both days, and we had no prior warning. Upon arrival, we were offered a full refund if we chose not to stay.. Located on the 6th floor meant carrying luggage up and down stairs was a challenge. There was no staff available to help. The apartment was extremely hot, even with windows open, fans on and heating off.

  Going on the state of the room we didn't risk trying the breakfast.

  The room was falsely advertised. Hadn't been cleaned when we arrived. It was filthy. Had to go out and bring bleach and wipes to clean it myself. One of the mattresses needed replacing. The list goes on. Very disappointed with the amount of money I paid for it.

  Service for breakfast on first morning was a joke. Took 20 minutes to be asked for my order. Had to go and ask them to take order and then over 30 minutes to arrive. Subsequently days had no issues at all. Also the chair in the room for using the desk was the most uncomfortable chair ever sat on. Other than that everything was great.
