Newly renovated - it’s stunning~ the rooms are so beautiful and the bed is incredibly comfortable. I loved the incense in the corridors (had to look up the brand as I want it myself haha). Also had brilliant service from the staff, especially Mary. Will be coming back!

Hotel was clean in a nice location, staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool was great for the kids on a rainy day... The only thing that let it down was the food in the cafe area, breakfast was ok but nothing special.

We had a great time, the location was really nice and the host was very friendly. The hot tub was nice to use in the evening and the breakfast in the morning was great. We will definitely be recommending.

Location, cleanliness, parking. Contact was good with house sitting contact as the bath was out of action, Theresa was good about communicating this.

A house fly always managed to.enter my room even after they have assisted to chase out through the window. A simple check on.possible gaps at sides of window will fix this permanently.

We had a table booked for 7.30 pm Saturday evening.We were ushered into the bar and told we had to wait .As we became more irritable, and indeed hungry, as it was after 8.00pm, we had to hassle the bar staff about our predicament. We got seated at about 8.40pm and our food served at 9.10pm which wasn't satisfactory when we were hoping to dine at 7.30. Unfortunately the food was not as described on the menu and our long awaited meal was very disappointing for all 4 of us.

No central heating, the doors and windows need replacing as they seem dated. A lot of the decor needs replacing/repairing. The carpet and sofa in the living room smell like dog. Didn't get text the code for the lock box we had to ring and ask for it. Bedsheets were also dirty.
