Great location in centre of town and not far from railway station. As a lone female traveller I felt very safe at this hotel - I was informed on arrival that there is 24 hrs manned reception, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious and the courtesy tea/coffee tray very well stocked. A nice touch is that hotel guests also get to use the free refill service in the restaurant! The bed was nice and firm, ensuring a good night's sleep.

Nice big clean room, good bathroom. Everything you need for one short night stay before a morning flight. 25 mins to get to the airport in a very relaxed way. Ideal for an early flight (my case). The host doesn't speak English but very nice and helpful, so we managed, many thanks for your hospitality!

Nothing in particular. Just to emphasize - ideal for an early morning commuting to the airport, nothing else. For two previous nights, I stayed in a place 10 mins walking distance from the city center - for the same money, really!

The parking wasn’t the best, didn’t enjoy leaving my car out on the street, it also felt like I was taking up spots for people that actually lived on that street, looks like there is a decent size car park behide the hotel would be nice if that was opened for customers, was disappointed the restaurant wasn’t open

The young girl on reception was very helpful. I had a room issue and she sorted it out for me straight away. Very good service!

I was dismayed when I saw how steep the stairs were. I'm a fairly fit 72 year old but lugging my 18 kilo suitcase up wasn't easy. Getting it back down again was positively terrifying.

Shocking stay I’m Leeds for 4/5 day and the only hotel with facilities was your hotel so that why I paid well I’ve the top. The gym was rubbish the bar was rubbish and the breakfast I had to wait 20 mins for a table
