The location was perfect. It was a walking distance from the city center and the view of the canal was very calming and beautiful with its ducks and kayaks. The whole place was gated which made me feel safe. I was looked after very well, everything was fine. The host was so lovey and attentive. He took really good care of me. The house was very clean and lovely decorated.

I liked the room, it was comfortable and clean but too warm. There was no air conditioning The staff from 3pm onwards were gorgeous so friendly well mannered and polite. The shower was lovely ly but the non slip mat in the bathroom was an awful colour didn't look very hygienic

The first staff member I came into contact with, top half professional then bottom half skirt tights and white trainers 😂 Her attitude was brutal, we weren't allowed to check in a second before 3. All we needed to do was drop bags in we had been travelling all day. She couldn't give correct directions how to get into the car park.

It's fairly basic and a bit rough around the edges (reminded me a bit of the houses I lived in as a student!), but it's pretty cheap, so exactly what I'd expect. It was clean, the beds were comfy, the bedrooms were all a good size, so there was loads of space for of us.

When we arrived the hot water wasn't working, so we all had to have a cold shower, however, when we contacted the company they fixed it extremely quickly so we had hot water the next day. The fridge wasn't working, so we had to put all the drinks in the freezer.

A fantastic clean, comfortable & friendly place to stay. Location was great for us with safe & easy parking. Daily breakfast was delicious. Bed was very comfy. Fantastic shower with boutique toiletries. We can totally recommend staying here.

We had a fantastic few days in this apartment and everything was absolutely perfect. Great communication with the owner and super location to the racecourse. Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in Chester.

Staff at reception was kind, and it was 24/7. We got checked in at 3am (very late) and they were attentive and kind. The room had a mini fridge and a small desk. The shower was easy to use and was at a good temperature.

The bed was ridiculously small. For two normal sized people we were squashed. When showering, it's impossible to stop water flowing everywhere and was very slippy. No bath mats were provided.

Beautiful industrial chic apartment. Bare brick walls. Great use of huge space using mezanine floor for bedrooms. Close to seafront. Cleaners found us a hairdryer as it was missing.

For a ground floor apartment you have to climb stairs to bedrooms which is ok for us as we are mobile Couple of cobwebs near window. The flat above has flooded into this apartments single bedroom so ceiling and wall badly damaged and ceiling so low only enough room for a child. Fire place very dusty.
