As soon as we entered the lobby staff were ready, willing and seemed happy to help. Judy was great and assisted us straight away. The bar area was clean, again friendly staff that took our order and bought to the table. Evening meal at Marcos was also nice, service efficient and wanting to make it a good experience for the four of us. We haven’t stayed here before but would definitely go back if travelling in the area.

very clean, all staff very welcoming and friendly, endless supply of tea/coffees for room and clean towels etc you helped yourself, the cooked breakfast was delicious and so much choice in cereals,fruit etc. overall one of the best b&bs ive stayed in for a while. and definitely worth the price, if anything was cheap. thankyou 🥰

In a word… Pat! He made everything so easy and straightforward, even down to us putting our order in for breakfast which worked for us. Room was spotless, breakfast was delicious, lovely seating area outside, also we loved the fact that the front was a 2 min walk.

Nothing at the property, although parking was a bit difficult as the road was busy but there is an NCP across the road.

I had to source my own toilet roll The removable part of shower hose was missing The bed stead was wobbly and had extra bits holding it up Bruce was on so heavily overpriced for accommodation you got. I think given the price tag if a little of that was put back in it has potential to be a great place to stay

When we arrived our room hadn’t been cleaned, there was rubbish in the bins, dirty towels on end of beds and on radiators, tea left in cups. Very disappointing. We let staff know and they said they would sort this out- when we got back we found our room had been tidied however the room had been left unlocked with all of our things inside.
