Very accommodating welcome and made to feel very comfortable and at home. Lovely breakfast and nothing was too much. Also gave us a fantastic recommendation for a walk in the area. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Disappointing. The omelette was swimming in oil. The fruit selection was terrible and for £20 extra it really wasn’t worth the money. We had already paid £200 per night and stayed 2 nights

As above. The outside balcony was horrible and sorry looking. There were no photos on the wall. It was an executive room with no chair or desk for a laptop. Cheap plastic furniture housed the kettle etc. No herbal tea.

Our room was on the first floor and the floorboards were very creaky and we had a lot of creaking from the room above us their floorboards were also very creaky and it was very annoying they definitely should be looked at

For some reason I could smell cigarettes and weed in a bathroom. Might be from an outside ventilation or something. It wasn't a major issue but I didn't want to be charged for smoking in there as I am non smoker!

Our stay was a disaster. We communicated in advance we would be arriving at 3pm. They gave as a smart key we installed in the phone. The key didn't work, so we called the owners. They tried to solved, but they couldn't. They sent us downstairs to open several key boxes hanged at the front door, we managed to open some of them (using several codes they gave us) but just found 1 key from another flat. After 40 minutes trying to find the key, they said they will send someone with a key and asked us to wait at a coffee shop, spend 10 pounds each, and they will pay us said amount. After 2h and 30 minutes, someone finally arrived. They never paid the 10 pounds. When we entered the flat, it was very dirty, with food in the sink and on the floor and the microwave didn't work. But the worst part was the bathroom. I can't even describe what there was inside of the toilet (but you can imagen) and it was all over the toilet. The bathtub was also dirty and full of hairs. And finally the bed. The mattress was okay, but the structure was so cheap and destroyed, we had to move the mattress to the living room, where of course there were no curtains. Finally, the day of the check out, some one was knocking at the door exactly at 11.00 (the time of the check out) even if we were almost 3 hours waiting for them a few days earlier during the checking. I would never recommend this place.

If I was going to give feed back for future It would be the quilts were not clean Out quilt cover was not buttoned up at the bottom and on doing so we saw the dirty stains under the cover it was quite worrying

Some of the plug sockets didn't work properly Charging port next to bed stopped working in middle of night Restaurant had limited menu and was quite expensive You advertise as near NEC but for non drivers it was quite some distance to travel
