The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.

When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

Had a lovely stay. Host was very responsive. Especially enjoyed the Whiskey waiting for us on check in. Good location just down hill from McCaigs tower and around the corner from the best fish and chip shop.

Only draw back...steps quite narrow to negotiate with big suitcases.

A modern and tasteful fit out greeted us. Very tasteful decor with thoughtful touches throughout. The rear room proved quiet and peaceful and located only a few blocks from the centre of Edinburgh.

A little piece of heaven on earth sitting in the Hot Tub and just peace and quiet. There was a BBQ and everything you could ask for laid on for you. Love it.

The bed was soft had no life, wardrobes had cob webbs , tea cups were badly stained, very tired and needed updating not very clean wall paper coming off the walls the hotel in general was not looked after. No sound proofing in the room , we heard everything in the room in the next hall partition, they had 5 showers,we actually thought they were in our foom ,our bathroom ,conversation door shutting this started at 11pm and did not stop so consequently we had no sleep what so ever ,we ended up leaving at 2am for Gatwick, I would definitely not recommend this hotel ,

Nothing really jumps out as to what i liked. It was all very below par for the price.

The hotel is in an industrial estate so there isnt much regards other resturants etc close by. Parking was available but at an extra cost of 12 pounds per day. The room was very small and not really comfortable, the AC didnt work correctly and the wifi cut in and out, i ordered dinner one night in the resturant and it wasnt great, the steak i ordered was over cooked and the drink i had watered down, breakfast was similar with only orange juice as a drink and UHT milk in the coffee machine giving the coffee an awful taste, the scrambled eggs i had left a white milky residue on the plate and all the food on selection was cold both mornings. The staff were attentive enough, but the only other words i can use to describe them and my overall customer experience is "a bit creepy". You could instantly tell their behaviours were forced and that made for uncomfortable interactions. i stayed at the Radisson Red at Heathrow previously, and the only similarity was the decor. I wouldn't stay here again.

Price and also the wildly expensive breakfast, which I would have had, if not costing too much for what it was.
