  The property was very easy to find. It is outside the town of Charmouth in the countryside. The apartment was in pristine condition and had been recently painted. It had a beautiful view over the countryside. Hope to go back next year

  Beautiful place to stay and the grounds were amazing . We got a free upgrade to a lovely room which was stunning and a suprise. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. We had dinner and breakfast which was really tasty.

  Easy to find with good parking Nice and clean with really comfortable beds

  There seems to be no insulation between the two floors so you can hear everything that goes on in the flat above when anyone walks up there you can hear every step and when they use the bathroom please cover your ears

  Breakfast is terribly late! 9:00 ?! Come on guys! You can do better! I never seen breakfast served so late in hotel and this is on the work days ! It should be served at least 7:00. We never ate it in the hotel. Found our own way. Building was nice and had its charm, but as all old buildings in UK it smelled mold and moist.

  The parking is limited the upgraded rooms do you can not watch TV in bed ! The breakfast is in the basement hall which is was so warm, check in was slow and unprofessional.
