Positive section of review
The room was excellent, quiet and view of airport. The menu at the cafe had an added special of Indian curries which we enjoyed. A break from the usual menu. The best of all was the transport to the airport, the hotel arranged for transport to the terminal and it was ready ahead of time.

This is very minor. But the check in could be a little better organised, There were three check in positions and the queue formed at the first inside the door. Later people entering ignored the queue and jumped ahead of the person in the queue at the other two positions as they were vacated. A large pillar in the middle of all of this contributed to the problem.

Location was great for accessing Wimbledon and central London (and near to my residence). The long stay apartment was huge and beautiful. The lobby was cozy, and reception team (I dealt with Danielle) was 10/10. Danielle was so friendly, professional, helpful, and explained everything.

We had no issues. Sutton itself could have more parking but alas.

Great location. Friendly staff. nice room. only downfall and they pointed it out - windows currently unable to be opened but they are working to rectify so would not let this stop anyone staying here. Fans supplied etc.

The apartment is located very near the train station. The unit is tastefully decorated, clean and well equipped. It is a wonderful stay.

It would be more personal if the proprietor gets to meet the guests at least once. Unfortunately we never got to see the proprietor during our stay.

The lack of hygiene was ridiculous. Upon entering the room we found 2 bed bugs on our bedding which a staff member also witnessed. We called a team member & requested for new bedding which they had refused & told us that it wasn’t bed bugs. I also took videos for evidence. We felt uncomfortable staying there due to this but had no other choice as we had paid a fair amount for the booking & stayed there for 4 nights. Our tv remote was missing so the tv had to be replaced.
