The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.
3
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

There really is nothing to dislike. From the initial communication to check out Karen has service down to T. The apartment is spotlessly clean and has everything you could need. Brilliant location for all the top sites in London. My new go to.

Good location, close to station and centre of Richmond. Liked the bathroom toiletries and the Nespresso machine in the room. Parking could be booked in advance. Nice public rooms.

Room was small. Parking spaces were also very tight.
Positive section of review
The location is very good because it is close to the Victoria Station and tourist places
Negative section of review
The staff was completely not friendly, sometimes not kind and polite, the bedrooms were very small and are not prepared for 1 double bedroom + 1 single bedroom. There is no space in the room to open the luggage. For 1 night is ok, but for more than 1 night it will be terrible. They need to improve the service in the reception.

central location close to lime Street station, many bar's and restaurants nearby.

Dirty and smelly room/ tired decor, bottom of door showing kick marks on outside,cracked/ holed tiles in bathroom and sink enamel chipped off, handles missing from bath. wet carpet by one side of bed,not enough room to get out of bed on other side, had to climb to bottom to get on/off bed.we complained and moved to another room in a slightly better condition but not worth £195 a night still. Uncomfortable bed and one pillow each. This once prestigious hotel is urgently in need of a major refurbishment.even repairs done are of a poor quality. The additional cost breakfast was poor ,very little choice if you don't want a greasy English breakfast.( I love a full English, but theirs didn't taste good at all,) A large ,uncovered( unhygienic )bowl of unknown- flavoured white sloppy yogurt ,which you had to dollop out into a bowl, or "value" cornflakes and cheap bread,or rock hard mini doughnuts was the alternative. hot water machine for tea constantly messaging 'filter out of date and replacement required'. Dissapointed/ unhappy overall for cost. Avoid and stay at a Premier inn or Travelodge, similar prices but cleaner, comfortable and better breakfast. Talking to locals later they said it had declined in standard over the years.
