Great situation in the centre of Aberdeen. Set back from the street in a courtyard so was very quiet. Room had a small kitchenette which was well equipped for our short stay. Breakfast was included. There is a small carpark beside the hotel, but we were unable to use this as it was full. We parked in the Bon Accord carpark 5 mins walk away which was still convenient, and had a subsidised rate through the hotel.

The Property was really amazing and comfortable. after checking in the neat and clean atmosphere of the rooms really took the tiredness of the day away . and the surroundings as well was very calm and peaceful. and the best part was the clean washrooms . over all to sum up my stay i would like to mention that my stay was really comfortable and smooth. i will highly recommend everyone to stay there Thanks

Well to be honest there was nothing that i didn't like I Liked every bit of it.

Lovely and clean, comfy beds, tea and coffee and biscuits on arrival, very comfy settee, large hot tub really clean and easy to operate. Host really responsive to messages. Loads of utensils in the kitchen. Nice and warm. Lovely bathroom with great shower. Parking right by the accomodation.

Nothing to do with the accomodation but we found you needed the car and we wanted to go out and eat and drink . Tried multiple time to use Uber but nobody would accept the job. Tried multiple taxi firms but nobody would answer. When we did get a taxi it was £38 for 6 miles to a wedding we were going to. Also when sitting in the hot tub on a Saturday afternoon the noise of the traffic got a bit annoying. A4110 seems like a race track. It was quieter in the evening but you can only use the hot tub until 21:30 which I didn't realise when booking. We live somewhere really quiet so we were more aware of the noise than others might be.

We had 2 rooms. 1 on the second floor and 1 on the ground floor. The beds were comfortable, bathroom was small but the room was spacious enough Location is good, many restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood. On Sunday it had flea markets

The shower was a bit confusing to use. The room on the groundfloor, the shower is in the room without privancy as the shower doors are clear and next to the windows. Everyone could look into it if they wanted unless you close the curtains

Easy to find, near the centre of the city, perfect for exploring the tourist sites and the Fringe. Also it was quiet at night, you just have to be prepared for a few flights of stairs to access the property.

I would have appreciated some toiletries in the bathroom The hotel advertised free street parking but when I arrived in the early afternoon there was only one space. This was under a tree and after 2 nights my car was absolutely covered with bird poo!
