Great location with nice few minutes walk to the beach, breakfast and dinner was perfectly cooked would like to have more. Staff was so nice and friendly. If you are looking for a quiet place that's what you are looking for.

We had plenty of space in the room and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was clean and the shower facilities was excellent. Plenty of choice for breakfast, anything that was cooked was freshly done.

When wet the outside stairs to the bedroom became difficult, however due to the age of the building I cannot see any other alternative way of reaching the room. This was a small inconvenience when taking the whole aspect of our stay at the White Hart which was very good.

Liked the location and the facilities. It is very orientated to families but there was enough space to get away from noisy children. The rooms were well appointed and reception staff were excellent

The room was near the road so we needed to go elsewhere to read quietly. The breakfast menu was confusing and not totally clear what was included and what was not. The breakfasts were excellent but they did not seem to cater for those who just wanted fruit, yoghurt, nuts and good bread type of breakfast although they may have found us some if we had asked.

Failry competitive price with reserved parking. Interior is fairly well refurbished in a modern style with good number of plugs. Easy self check-in/out (keysafe at the door).

The staff never answered my messages on booking. When I called, the gentleman was not particularly helpful and with limited English (I asked if it was possible to check in a bit earlier, paying what was due; of course this was not possible). Some essentials were missing: no toilet brush, only one bedside light (not working) and not enough cutlery/cups/glasses for four people, despite booking for four (likely we had everything for the kids). There were no pillowcases for the second double bed, pillows and duvet were quite stained. The laminated floor was not clean. Poor sound insulation with the top floor (as in most houses converted into apartments).

The location was good for what we needed. The hotel was very clean and the staff were amazing. And the bed was so comfy. Unfortunatly, we didnt get up in time for breakfast

Citizen M is a very clean hotel and is centrally located.

We pre-paid for breakfast for two people but cancelled it at the hotel on arrival. I am currently trying to get a refund from Booking.Com for the breakfast which the hotel staff recommended I do. The room was quite claustrophobic as it was very small.

1) Very very poor service - we had a huge problem with the parking in the end (didn’t know we had to pay in advance bcs nobody told us although we asked), no real help from the reception bcs they had no idea how the Parking works. Nearly missed our flight bcs of it 2) breakfast was a mess. Way too less tables, they run out of cups and weren’t able to replace them for at least 15-20 mins. Poor choices, would have expected more.

we were given room 9 (no other obtain as full) but next to a shower pump system so when guests showering the pump would run as loud as the tv in the room so not impressed and staff not bothered
