The Marloes is a hidden gem located on a quiet street within short walking distance to the Earls Court underground. The very nice refurbished flat is small but with a large bathroom and shower. A full kitchen with complimentary coffee, butter, apples and bread to go with it. Two large TVs with an abundance of channels and smart TV functionality. Staff was very service minded and friendly. A perfect place for a short stay in London that is highly recommended. Will definitely come back again.

Hello, I really enjoyed staying at your hotel, the staff were superb, always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast room is massive which I absolutely loved with plenty of choice hot and cold. Some people said they had to walk across the street to access the breakfast room but the lift at the end of the corridor will take you directly to the restaurant. Will definitely stay again thank you

We stayed on a Sunday night, so excellent value. Large, very comfortable room. Unfortunately we didn't have swimming gear so didn't get to enjoy the pool, etc.

Staff initially told me that I would have to pay extra for breakfast but, when I went to pay extra, I discovered that I had already paid. I arrived at 13:45 and wanted to leave my bags when the check-in time was 2pm but no-one suggested that it would be ok to just leave my bags in the room and no-one offered to move them there so they were still on the floor in the hall when I arrived back at 18:30.

The carpet was stained and dirty and stained. The toilet was disgusting.the window pane had slipped down leaving a gap at the top, couldn't open them and were filthy. The wardrobe door hinges were hanging off The radiator was on all night so had to try and keep away from it or would burn yourself as it the bed was pushed against it.. Tea coffee and toilet rolls were not topped up or room cleaned. I would definitely not stay here again we left earlier than expected.

The wifi was good, the heating too.

The door handle was broken, which once closed prevented us from accessing the bathroom. Luckily no one was locked out, but since the night we were unable to use the only bathroom in the house again, with the inconveniences that this entails.
