Room tiny as all rooms are but seriously unable to jump across suitcase. Towels threadbare. Carpet tacky and heard everything and everyone above and next door.

The pigeons outside our window were noisy as was the water feature I would have preferred a shower as opposed to bath ! We were unable to park on site due to a sink hole but train station parking is very reasonable

Arrived with 25mins left for dinner. Paid at reception for meal. When went to get meal staff had already packed up all food 25mins Early. Room is on level 3 next to main road delivery driver parked right next to window and proceeds to unload van at 0515am for the next 35mins. Windows may as well be made of cardboard no sound proofing can hear everything that's going on outside. Shower has no water pressure. Would be better going across the street and using someone's garden hose. All in all I will not be coming back again.

No milk even condensed milk so whilst there was tea and coffee couldn't have a drink no boytled water and tap water really hard water.. Blinds in bedroom not very good and woke up really early from sunlight. Door was really tricky to get in and lock when we were leaving.

Filthy inside. Toilet was broken, chair was broken. No coffee, milk as promised. Many peices of furniture and the bath that were advertised did not exist. A 200 pound holding deposit was asked for after check in. There were no coffee pods, the Wi-Fi was slower than watching paint dry even though the name brags about this point. I had to use a hot spot from my phone. Too many more to list here
