Positive section of review
The view was absolutely incredible - photos cannot do it justice! We also loved the comfort of the apartment; lots of places to sit and relax, either around the sofa together, at the table or overlooking the beautiful views. The amenities provided were excellent; the kitchen had everything we needed and the bedding was very comfy. The host set up a cot for us which made travel easier. It is the only place I have stayed where friends have then asked for details so they can stay there too; it just has that 'wow' factor. We will definitely be back.

Another guest commented that the shower was either very hot or very cold. Parking was a little difficult, even with the permit but it is a busy place so it is understandable.

Fantastic location, with a wonderful spacious room and very comfy bed. Staff were very warm and friendly with guests, and the hotel had a lovely atmosphere.

I felt the Bistro food and room was overpriced. Different staff served me at dinner, which was confusing and delayed parts of the meal. Staff could be heard talking behind the bar.

This was a transit hotel for an early morning flight from Gatwick Airport. The Hoppa bus was great to get to the airport and at a reasonable cost.

The hotel was having renovations done so looked a bit like a building site. Requested twin beds but got double. Although this was not the preference it was OK for a short night stay due to early flight.

Air con did not work on our arrival , staff were with us within an hour to explain a central fault had taken out all air con in the building.

Our room was next to dining room on the ground floor and quite noisy . It sounded like a tumble dryer was being used over our room and it was extremely noisy especially at 11pm !
