The location - 2 mins from shephards bush empire and 5 mins from Westfield BUT I would have happily travelled the hour each way from home instead had I known know what I was getting for my money!

1. No on street park (was advised there was) 2. The key to main door didn’t work (had to wait for someone to be coming out of the block so we could enter 3. Looked NOTHING like the pictures, no comfy place to sit 4. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING, there is now way this apartment had been cleaned between guests 5. The property management was a Joke. Terrible language barrier, talking to “managers” while they are on noisy bus which made it even harder to understand them. No help with key issue until after we had sorted it ourselves. Accused of taking a plug home with us 😂, advised it was never there and that I wanted to make a complaint about the accommodated at which point they stopped replying to my messages I think booking.com are just as bad for letting them continue to advertise when there are sooooo many bad reviews

The location is very good that its very near to 2 underground tube stations. Very suitable for muslim traveler as its location very near to many Halal restaurants

It did no have fan so sometime its feels like no air flow in the room The wifi is there but can only be use when you are outside the room. You cannot use the wifi inside the room as the coverage is very weak. The microwave inside the room is not functioning well..but luckily you can use the microwave that have been place outside the room.

This was a single room with modern facilities including heated floors, good lighting and spacious compared to other single rooms in other hotels.

This room was randomly located on the main corridor near the staircase so I could hear all the noise with doors closing, people coming and going at all hours. Personally I don't take much bother with the noise however I imagine other people would.
