Too little and too cozy. If you’re a hobbit. Then it’s perfect and I’m not very tall. Its place in the neighbourhood is great, if you want some place to stay that’s functional and you don’t care about charm, great.

The breakfast was great. The bean to cup coffee was an added bonus. The location is very good. We loved the fact that the place was spotlessly clean!

The house is beautiful, but neglected and the overall ambience could be greatly improved with very little effort. The garden is very neglected - again a little effort would make all the difference.

It's the perfect place to stay for those early morning flights. The view of the runway was a real bonus and the soundproofing was amazing!

It's an excellent location sitting on the banks of Loch Goil, the holiday park and hotel were clean with helpful staff.

£149.00 per room per night is a bit pricey for what is on offer within the Estate, they also have no B&B option meaning you pay extra for your breakfast the next morning, the bars are overpriced by around 30% for similar local locations.

Lobby and bar areas were very nice, friendly and live. The guests were enjoying and speaking.

When we were checking in, your colleague was very slow and we and five guests were waiting around half an hour. It was a long queue and reception desks were empty . Finally we were late and missed an event that it was reason of our trip 😔😔😔

Close to train station, good staff in the lobby of the hotel, clean rooms.

The staff of the restaurant was not kids friendly. We went with a 10 month baby and they asked us to clean the baby food that fall in the floor. At the end they cleaned it but it was disrespectful from them to ask. Bathroom in general was kind of old and rusty.

We saw the photos of the apartment in the description and it seems a different apartment newer and well maintained. We suggest to clean more, the rooms don’t have a super good smell, the bathroom has to be cleaned more. We slept there the first night and the morning after we both had some bites of something, then we decided to check for bedbugs and we took off the bedsheets, we didn’t see bedbugs but in general was all full of hairs and not so clean.
