The apartment was fabulous! Clean, comfortable, and very recently refurbished. City Prime is easily walkable from Earl's Court tube station, and easily walkable to lots of options for food including cafes, restaurants, pubs, fast food, and supermarket. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating, which always makes such a positive difference. I was able to leave my bag safely for several hours after I checked out. The bed was comfortable, the wifi was reliable, the shower was hot with good water pressure, and it was great to have a well-appointed kitchen in the apartment. I highly recommend and will definitely return.

1.The room is an ensuite and it's perfect to stay. 2. The rooms are clean and comfortable. 3.Towels and bed linens are provided. 4.There is a supermarket close by,so buying groceries and food is convenient. 5. The shared kitchen is on the ground floor with fridges,gas stoves,cabinets,counters inside. 6. It's not a HOTEL nor a HOSTEL ,one should treat it as its own single accommodation and take care of the property. 7.Vaccumm cleaner is there inside the building to be used by residents.

The kitchen is kept unclean because of the residents who come , use it and have no regard for cleanliness.l had to complain once as the dishes were unclean and one of the staff came to clean as that person had left .This was cruel. CLEAN YOUR OWN MESS. 2. Property is away from the city centre.Buses are not too frequent. 3.Some residents are loud.

Many parts of the external building in state of disrepair. Made the kids nervous about how it would be inside. Many of the curtains inside each bedroom had broken hooks and therefore let a lot of sun in.

Didn’t like that the main doors get looked at 10pm and a side door was left unlocked for anyone to enter the hotel. (Fire hazard) Pillow cases had yellow stains on. pubes in the bath and the plug didn’t hold the water in

The reception, bar and restaurant area are modern but the rest of the hotel seems very tired. It was incredibly busy and the walls are so thin, we woke up to people in the neighbouring rooms and the hallway throughout the night. The room wasn't as clean as a lot of other holiday inns tend to be.

The worst night stay iv ever experienced at a hotel. None stop banging and shouting from residents doors slamming all night. It took until 4am for me to ring reception for them to finally come and remove the noise, shortly after I get a call from reception stating I can stay u til 2pm I told him I would rather leave now at 4:15AM. P.S the toilet does not flush, stains on the bed, dust over chairs, if I wasn’t so tired and it being 4:20AM I could proberly list a lot more.
