A good location. Very decent facilities The staff were really lovely. Some of the nicest hotel staff I have ever met. Neil , the handyman, sorted the light out in our room very quickly and efficiently. Dan kept us entertained in the restaurant at breakfast and worked his socks off! Sally and Louis were also really lovely. They took time to chat.

The hosts were some of the best hosts we've ever had! We were greeted with a very warm welcome and the room was exceptionally clean on arrival. The breakfast was also great, with excellent service from the hosts. We had a lovely stay and it was lovely meeting the hosts.

The only issue was that the wifi connection on the top floor was inconsistent.

As ever a very relaxing stay. Staff were excellent, couldn't fault it, we like to call it our second home. Food is excellent, albeit a little pricey compared with previous stays. Saying that the food was exceptional 👌

Easily accessible with a nice secure place to park. This accommodation provides a separate living space from the main house and you enter your own space with full access to a nice secluded rear garden/patio.

Nothing really though there were a few cobwebs and bugs to clear un the outside seating area. This is normal of course and we have to do the same at home. The weather was nice enough that we could sit outside to eat a couple of times which was great.

Was very clean and tidy,bed was very comfortable, easy access to all amenities. The lady also helped us with parking.

Bright location. Warm. Regular phone calls. Parking was great. Hosts were reachable.

Not clean. Shower hose leaking. Shower head fixture cannot hold shower head. Bathroom mirror cupboard too wide to get your head over sink. Internet unreliable. Instructions sent via email were wrong. TV not connected to the internet. TV not connected to aerial. Freezer not clean. Pots dirty. Asked to have shower fixed but that didn't happen. Location did not feel safe. Not easy to find the flat - it's on the 5th floor but there is a lift.

Vacuum cleaner full to busting no replacement bags, had to empty by hand. I am sure if i didn't clean the apartment, they would have put on an extra charge. These things need to be checked.
