Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was hearty pub fare. Good selection of beers, including alcohol free. Breakfast was in the tearoom attached to the hotel and was very good. Note, it was not included in the accommodation price. Room was clean and the shower was hot and quite powerful. Two beds in the room, one double one single, were both four poster if you like that sort of thing. Dogs are welcome throughout all areas, which was a bonus. TV in the room had plenty of channels including HD.

This is not something that can be changed I guess, but the door at the foot of the stairs from the rooms is next to the gents toilet, so we were met with a bit of an unpleasant smell in the morning. Having had active days out we wanted early nights but were disturbed until gone 11pm by the noise from the pub below. On the second night there was a quiz and bingo with some music. At times it was like the chap with the mic was in the room with us. Be aware that this is a pub with accommodation and you'll be fine if that's what you want.

Very nice apartment the living room was lovely we slept on the sofa it was more comfortable then the bed in bedroom.the mattress was small for 2 people and very soft and uncomfortable so we preferred the sofa . The location is very good in a quiet area 10min walk to the shopping centre and train station.we definitely came back

Very welcoming, Wendy and Paul could not have been more accommodating or helpful. We had a small problem early on,very quickly and efficiently dealt with. Room and facilities perfect, excellent breakfast on last day A credit to Wendy and Paul.

Plenty of space and big bedrooms. Enclosed garden at the back was good. No noisy neighbours. Location in the village was good. Only 2 min walk to the pub or shop.

The wifi was down for the first day and we were opposite a room they were renovating, so it was very loud from 8am onwards and they’d still be there in the evenings

I have stayed at Radisson Blu hotels and had expected the standard to be the same however at this hotel our room had curtains hanging off the rail, large food stains on the upholstery, mold in the bathroom, toilet seat not fitting. We were supplied only one tea bag in the room, being told that the hotel had run out of tea bags! Only one lift was working and there was more.
