  Location of this room was one thing, which made me uncomfortable. A solitary room situated away from the all other rooms. I requested the staff to change the room. A similar facility / cost room was available on same floor in a better location. They were unable to change the room at night, that was strange. They promised to do it in the morning. But after the next whole day it was not done. Quite disappointed on lack of responsibility and communication.
