  It was in a superb location close to local amenities and local attractions, having it's own carpark was great! The staff were wonderful and so helpful! The room was clean and had most essentials. I was surprised how roomy it was, would definitely consider staying again if I'm in Leeds :-)

  Only 1 complaint was the bed was an older wooden bed and quite creaky which could do with updating but it wasn't too much of an issue.

  Clean, comfortable, cosy room. Friendly, helpful host. Single traveller so able to relax in evening in lovely surroundings. Outdoor seating if good weather. Lots of nice touches like flowers on table. Good ensuite facilities. Close to shops, transport and restaurants.

  Great location. Super clean and comfortable, modern flat. Very well laid out floor plan. Great shower. Bonus to have a downstairs toilet and bathroom upstairs.Handy to have both washing machine and dryer! Nice welcome treats.
