What impressed me was the quality of the crockery, utensils and pots and Frying pans. The location is absolutely perfect for a 'get away from it all' we were totally relaxed, infact, mum had the best sleeps she ever had. Waking up in the morning to the sound of bird song and the sheep in the meadow, bleating to each other. No traffic noise or light pollution, is so hard to find these days, but I'm glad we found this one. I feel the site is fairly new as there was a lot going on, it's going to be more beautiful than it is already. It was well named as a 'Meadow retreat' now a wee hottub would be a great addition, but I'm maybe being too greedy. The lodge is very spacious, and so cosy, it feels like home.

I like the apartment as its clean, well equipped. In fact the house was well prepared for comfortable with family.

It would be better if the central heating system is turned off during the summer. In the agreement paper I read there's a spot for private parking in the apartment, however this was not provided, for the future keep in mind that customers expecting what they read. Further the checking in supposed to be international which is between 1200 to 1400 hours, but after 1600 hrs (4:00pm) is very half way of the day killed.

Near to the Islay ferry port and little harbour town. The view from our room was fabulous. Breakfast was amazing.

Checked out at 10:40am. but asked if I could leave my trolly bag in a storage place as I had a meeting in Birmingham City Centre before my flight. Sadly, this could not be accommodated.
