The property is in a fantastic location in Mumbles- everything is within walking distance so easy to get out. The king room was beautifully decorated, beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. Lisa was a wonderful and welcoming host. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to cater for all tastes.

A little piece of heaven on earth sitting in the Hot Tub and just peace and quiet. There was a BBQ and everything you could ask for laid on for you. Love it.

The bed was soft had no life, wardrobes had cob webbs , tea cups were badly stained, very tired and needed updating not very clean wall paper coming off the walls the hotel in general was not looked after. No sound proofing in the room , we heard everything in the room in the next hall partition, they had 5 showers,we actually thought they were in our foom ,our bathroom ,conversation door shutting this started at 11pm and did not stop so consequently we had no sleep what so ever ,we ended up leaving at 2am for Gatwick, I would definitely not recommend this hotel ,

I booked a week in advance and paid in full the same day but arrived the 14th at 0800 book in time to have to wait for a room to be vacated at 1300. This alone messed up my planned day. It was my 66th birthday on the 15th. The entry and access was poor from a secure point of view and being asked to write your debit card information on a filing card and tried to keep it when I requested it back on checkout. There a lot of things not right at that place.
