No complaints about anything; staff were lovely, food was delicious, Room was clean and spacious, Bed was fantastically comfortable, 12pm check out, extremely close to the AO arena (we were there for Nickelback). Will definitely be back

The location was great, we were able to leave the car in a nearby car park and walk everywhere. Really close to town and everything we wanted to see. Nice flat. Had everything we needed.

There were quite a lot of air fresheners and I’m really sensitive to artificial smells. It kept me awake the first night but once I moved them I was able to sleep.

On arrival apartment is next to a total demolition of a property next to it. At the front, junk items dumped outside so kept blinds closed. Entrance back ginnel which was full of dirty bins and rubbish. Problems with wifi, sky tv and radio had no signal. Toilet seat not fixed. My feet were totally black after walking barefoot for a few hours! The place obviously needs a deep clean. Suppose to be sound proofed. The resident upstairs had elephant feet - kept me awake until 12 on the last night. I did text Chris on the first afternoon as no answer to calling. I stated that I had no wifi. Had no response back but manage to connect to wifi on my phone. Also, sent a text on last evening to state that the person in the flat above was heavy footed (suppose to be sound proofed) and that when I was out in the back passage, he was looking in bins. Felt very uncomfortable. Chris text me back to say he would look into it. The extension dining area has a plastic roof and even though it was only 20 degrees on arrival the place was hot enough to grow tropical plants! Needs a shade over plastic roof. Door locks were sometimes tricky. I thought about leaving after the first night but weather was so nice for a couple of days. I have reported my concerns to Booking.com. How can this property and also the other one he has be considered to be luxury, exceptional with very high ratings left by some people. Something is amiss here and because of this misrepresentation to people like myself, I have been informed that Booking.Com that they will be looking into the matter. They have assured me that I will receive a refund. If nothing transpires, I have informed them that I will be reporting this to Ombudsman and Martin Lewis. Will keep you updated.
