Breakfast fantastic, Michaela was a super-attentive hostess and the accommodation was beyond expectations. Location-wise it couldn't have been more perfect... a very comfortable and convenient launch-pad for exploring the area and the Broads!

Honestly, nothing - and the flexibility shown by Michaela and her team was the icing on the cake.

The outdoor space was amazing with the weather being so good but cosy evenings on the sofa watching DVDs were awesome. Really clean, simple check in process. The views of the coast were amazing and the facilities were great.

Room facilities were good, we were well catered for at breakfast and there was a good menu choice for dinner. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

A bit noisy at night due to an air conditioning system running, but it didn’t disturb our sleep. Parking could be a little problematic.

A beautiful tranquil hotel in lovely grounds. Great pool and spa facilities. The food was excellent and the team brilliant.

It is in a very central location, near to the train station if you travel by public transport

The initial greeting from the member of staff was quite confrontational as I had been issued a new credit card which differed from the one they had on file, even though I had also provided other ID. It took another colleague to intervene to sort it out. The room was extremely small and although it was advertised as a double, it was the smallest double bed I have seen. There was no room to walk around the bed so we had to climb over each other to get in and out of it. There wasn't really anywhere to put your bags. Fortunately we only had one small case as otherwise we wouldn't have had anywhere to put another. There was no wardrobe, just a few hooks on the back of the door so we had to leave most items in the case. The room overlooked glass-fronted offices and without the blinds fully closed the office workers could see into our room. There was a repetitive noticeable rumbling sound late into the evening and early in the morning (which I think is due to the proximity to Victoria train station). The hair dryer in the room didn't work. When we requested a replacement from a cleaning lady, she initially refused to believe it was broken. After eventually then checking for herself, she then went to get a replacement. This is not the hotel room for you if you are travelling with anything more than a toothbrush and are looking for a welcoming restful stay.

Relaxed friendly atmosphere and staff

Had to ask for bath robes for spa. No full length mirror in the bedroom. Bed post in way of tv. No welcome pack in the bedroom. Menu limited. Lighter meals in the bar would have been better. Carpets in bedrooms stained. For the cost it was disappointing.

Nice kitchen. Great location.

The directions were confusing. They should be rewritten. "From the clock..." was a problem -- lots of clocks!
