What we liked the most: the hut was very well and nicely decorated. Gillian made some items herself. The attention for detail is lovely. The location is absolutely perfect, calm and quiet. You have privacy and your own entrance. Everything you needed was there. We only stayed for one night, but would like to return again.

Everything about this property is perfect from the staff to the beautifully comfortable rooms and stunning restaurant and bar areas. Loved this overnight stay and could easily go back for a longer visit. Views over the sea while having dinner made for a very enjoyable experience.

What we liked the most: the spacious chalet. The cleanliness, everything was very clean. The hosts were very kind and welcoming. The location to Inverness and Cullodon is also perfect. Everything you needed was there.

Paint peeling of the bath in Room 336, which we reported to receptionist, who had only recently started. We told her we did not want to move room as had already unpacked. Basically a 3 star bath in an otherwise 4 star hotel. On leaving I asked what was the difference to have a Privileges Room and was told that was £20 extra per night. Apparently they had been refurbished. Location, pool and spa would favour a return to this hotel next time we visit family but just disappointed with the bath. Paid £161 per night.

When we booked, we received a message that our room had no views. What that means: the room window is in front of a wall. Also, we thought we were booking an appartment, while there in not kitchen in it, there is a broken store in the window, and most important, there is mold in the ceiling. After complaining, a really kind person changed us to a much better appartment, with plenty of room (for 4 people even we were 2). He made sure that we were confortable there. But the sheets in this bigger appartment had stains in the inner side, which we discovered afterwards and didn't complain because of tiredness. I believe this is not the facilities to receive when the hotel is receiving £90+ for our night there.
