Positive section of review
The apartment is not very big, but certainly has all you need for a long stay (kitchen, wash machine, etc). You got entry codes to What's App on the day of arrival. There is daily room service. The area is safe and nice, tube Wood Green station is few minutes walk distance (20-30 minutes drive to central stations), few restaurants (we liked Japan one) and grocery (Polish one is nice) are closely nearby.

Pay attention that some rooms are on 2rd/3rd floor and there is no lift.

What a lovely welcome, we were made to feel special and at home the moment we walked in the door. Our room was excellent and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was some else, it's been a long time since we stayed anywhere with such fantastic food and service, topped off by a Buck's Fizz.

There's a short section of road to walk on before you get onto the pavement to walk into town. It was a little further out of the town than we appreciated, but not much more than a 15 minute walk to the sea front.

Lodge very comfortable, Bed was good everything you could want supplied. The lakeside location was perfect. Site very new so will leave a couple years and will definitely be back.

Lodges are lovely. Think it should be made clear to people booking it is a new site so describe as landscaped site is a little far fetched. What grass there was around the lodges was ploughed up during the week so not very nice then. Only one lake as other dug but not filled or landscaped. Having said that will give it a couple of years then will be back.

The food both for dinner and breakfast was very good, and the staff friendly and efficient. Our room was comfortable, clean and fresh.

The location was not good, I had booked as I had an early morning exam and I thought it would be walkable, but all the roads were closed off, the road outside the apartment was closed and next to abandoned buildings with windows smashed in and graffiti all over them. This meant I had to get up earlier and drive to find alternative parking after already paying for 24 hours. The room smelled really strongly of weed, but I couldn't keep the windows open because there were trains going past outside. It was so bad that all my clothes and suitcase still stunk of it after getting home. I was a female solo traveller and I didn't feel safe. The tea and coffee making didn't include milk, but there is no shop nearby or that would be safe to walk to and there were 2 tea cups, one which hadn't been washed. I was so disappointed as it looked so lovely and had what seemed like good reviews.
