The stay was wonderful! The staff is extremely pleasant and professional. Sincere communication with the child. We went to Paultons Park, it was very well connected from the hotel. Breakfast for adults is delicious. Very comfortable bed, cozy bedding. In the center of the town, near many cafes and places to eat.

There is no parking near the hotel. It would be great if there was a different choice in the children's menu. As an example, pancakes, porridge or children's sausages.

The apartment was great and very comfortable. It is sotuated in a nice area and very convenient either to get to Old Trafford or to get to the city centre with the Metrolink stop less than 10 minutes walk away.

Coordination to collect the keys was not as clear but sorted it out eventually. TV in the living room was not working. Both the front and back gardens could do with some trimming.

Was kept awake until gone 3 am by inconsiderate guests next door who were walking around the hotel being loud and slamming doors. Terrible and so loud in the room throwing things around and banging walls.

Smell of weed outside the hotel before I even got to the entrance which only got worse. I travelled to save a long drive for a work conference. I’d have gotten a better nights sleep in the car

The staff changed our room with no hassle when we didn't like the first noisy room. The bed was comfortable and slept well. The location was good, close to the station. Everything was clean.

The shower water was too cold and so I couldn't shower nor wash my hair so went on to the airport in the morning to go to my holiday with unwashed hair which didn't feel good and then when I reached my accommodation in Spain, there was no hairdryer so would have been nice if the shower was warm or hot water so I could have washed my hair. The room itself and the shower room was very small. The size of room and dated fittings etc made us feel like we would have rather booked the Travelodge that was even nearer the station. We have used Travelodge loads over the years and was trying to give our business to a local hotel instead. The rear views aren't great but there's some distant hillside beyond the roof. we asked to have room change straight away, due to noise from refrigeration extractor from bar area as so noisy outside room. When we arrived a tad early we weren't offered to buy a hot or cold drink and were offered to store luggage instead and had to walk into the town to kill time and get a drink. It would have been nice to spend the half hour in the hotel with a cuppa, after our two hour train journey's and walk to the hotel instead of being sent away again. The reception staff were nice though so it wasn't their fault that there were no refreshments.
