Everything was spotlessly clean. Comfy bedding which smelt clean and fresh. It has Very cool decor. All the basics in the kitchen! The owner responded to any questions immediately. excellent experience

Friendly hosts, great breakfast, lovely location at the canal, 20 min walk to city center. Love the interior! Easy to find, parking right outside. Large room, comfy bed. WiFi, Netflix etc.

It was nice the reception area, the room was look nice and big size. The food quality at the bar and the cooked breakfast was good. The continental buffet it hadn't too many option.

At the bar one of the staff was feel a bit lost maybe he started not too long. In the room one of the light next to the bed not worked and the furniture was bit tired, some of the drawers not opened and closed properly and some a bit stuck.

Amer is the perfect host. Lovely old building with lots of character. Couldn’t have felt more welcome. And the food was fantastic- and I was expecting to go out to eat!

The room was filthy, toilet seat broken, the skirting board had been removed in the bathroom, there was a hole in the door where a previous lock had been removed. No TV remote, no kettle.

The car park was not very big or easy to manoeuvre or park. Could do with being updated or made bigger. The breakfast that wasn't included in our stay was highly overpriced. Upon checking in the lady asked us if we would like to pay now for breakfast or just pay as we go in case we didn't feel like it one morning. We opted to pay as you go. However it wasn't explained that this option meant it was very expensive. £40 for two breakfasts for one morning is an insane amount of money especially for what you get. Because of this we went out the next morning and found breakfast elsewhere. This really let the hotel down. If we had eaten breakfast for both mornings we stayed it would've been £80. That is ridiculous in my.opinion. Other than that the hotel was fine and in a great location.

Organisation, asked for twin room, had 2 singles into 1 bed, we had to separate the beds, Was told £5 to park, when we arrived was told no parking , on this day
