Everything is amazing about this apartment. It is located in the centre of the city, which means you have everything you need right next to you. The room itself is just great, there is a lot of space inside it and a lot of facilities are prepared for the guests. It was more that I expected for the money I have paid and I will definitely book this room one more time on my next visit to Nottingham.

I stayed here for a couple of days and haven't noticed any problems, but even if you do there is there is always some friendly staff inside the hotel (even though you don't have any contact with people when checking in or signing off), so I guess it should be easy to fix

Room 227 - very comfortable bed. Clean room apart from the edges of furniture which had a clear line of dust. Plenty of wardrobe space. Location was further than I expected from the station but still a gentle flat walk. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Serving staff very polite

Room 227 - lack of plug sockets. Strong smell of cigarette smoke from the stairs and up to my room. I left my window open during the day on a very hot day; when i returned to my room it had been closed and my breathing was affected for an hour whilst I tried to get fresh air in the room. Instructions at breakfast were incorrect, coffee and tea is self service; not waitress.

Great location, well run and well organised.. really clean.. fantastic views... nice little touch greeting us with a bottle of wine.. plenty of guides left for our perusal...

The location was amazing and the square was so lovely to wakeup to. Silent, near busy streets as well as quieter ones. A very London feel, did not disappoint.

The mattress was a little too soft but that's a personal preference. The isolation between rooms wasn't the best but didn't bother us during our stay.

The fact on was on the seafront. Easy to find.

Where to start! The fan light had bent blades, didn't dare turn it on. There was a big crack in the ceiling and mirror. The bedside cabinet has a big piece missing from it! Milk sachets out of date and there was only one tea/coffee mug, the room was very dusty as if the room had been empty for a while. The curtains didn't close properly so it never got dark in the room. No code for wifi. Didn't use the shower so can't comment. For the price they charge for one night.....there are better places out there. I wouldn't recommend staying here. We left after a couple of hours, couldn't stay the whole night!
