Everything was clean, modern, and felt safe. The host video-called us to guide us to the accomodation parking, as the road was closed due to upgrades, this was very kind. Although, it would have been useful to know about this detour in the pre-arrival message exchange beforehand.”

  Property was spacious and lovley for a family get together. Everything you need is available. In a lovely quiet part of Blackpool away from the crazy centre. Large field opposite. Just a quiet peaceful area. Bus stop outside and 10 min walk to front to get the tram. Close to supermarkets so you can nip out and grab bits. Great stay.

  Nothing was lovely ( maybe get a new toaster takes forever to toast lol ) Would be nice if the fire worked in the back room just to make it extra cosy. I’m being picky here as the place was wonderful but just 2 things that may want to sort x

  The living room is awesome, I really appreciated the fact that tea and instant coffee were freely available. The bunk beds are very sturdy and give a lot of privacy.

  The shower stalls in the bathroom do not have much space to hang your clothes or any separation between the shower and a possible dry space.

  The situation was lovely and close to the hills for walking trips. It was very clean. The food was good and staff very helpful.

  The room booked was described as a "superior twin room" . It was very small (room 4) and a bit of a disappointment. On a previous stay the " superior twin room" allocated was number 10 - a much bigger and more comfortable room. I'd like to return again but would ask, if possible, for room 10 or similar.

  Very VERY dirty bathrooms (toilet water be coming up for the bathub, etc...), dirty rooms, very noisy because rooms had shared windows and the neighborhood weren't willing to close their windows!!! Also, NO DOOR LOCK PROVIDED! Only a broken one, could not close the door for the night or when we went to check the city!!! You played with our safety. I've been to budget hostels and hotels, but this is the worst of them! Dirty, stinky, not being cleaned, mean staff! Very mean! We asked you to repair it, you said maintenance is on the way, well SPOILER BABY: THEY DID NOT SHOW UP AT ALL and you ignored my futher messages, they were unseen but when I left the accommodation, I sent you a message "not even sure if this place is legal" - you saw it immediately. I'm going to contact authorities because this whole place is very illegal and UNHEALTHY!!! What a scam!! The bathrooms are so dirty that I did not dare to use the toilet. But first of all, we could not lock the doors??? What if they hurt us in our sleep? How dare you to allow that? You don't give a thought about your guests! When we slept, we had to place the fridge in front of the door so we could sleep calmly! But when we left for the day to see the city, all our belongings were in the room so anyone who wabted could steal anything. Shame on you. It's not like on the photos at all! You are going to be reported to authorities and to Booking. Liar, liar, pants on fire!!! Not recommending at all!!! You ruined our trip! If your safety and health is important, you choose something else. I wish I could attach more photos because I literally scoped the whole place.
