The hotel room is big with kitchen, living room and 2 balconies and most importantly comes with washing machine, drying rack, oven and dishwasher. Bathroom is huge with 2 basins. Property is well kept and very clean. Staff is also very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend for anyone for stay at this apartment.”

  Not a lot really, from start to finish. This was my third year of visiting, but sadly, I was very disappointed in the lack of friendliness, the cleanliness and atmosphere. Location is good for travelling around. Several choices on the menus, but poor quality in some of the food prep. Room quality was average, lack of cleaning or no cleaning, bin was not emptied during my stay.

  Lack of staff and management. Length of time waiting for food orders to be taken. Length of time waiting for food,50 min wait one evening. No response from staff regarding a faulty extractor fan in bathroom, meaning the lack of use of the light and the daily cleaner saying “she hadn’t noticed”,could be because the whole room was not cleaned. Fed up of hearing “sorry for the delay, we are short staffed”. Out of the three evenings I booked a table, there was at least one table each evening,who returned or complained about the food.

  So easy to check in - a lot of helpful information easily to hand via WhatApp/emails. Even a QR code to show me how to use the coffee machine. Water, biscuits, tea, coffee and milk in the fridge made it very easy and quick to settle in. Fresh fruit too. Comfy bed and a very useful and compact kitchenette.

  WiFi was slower than 4G, to the point of not really being useful. Can get very warm, despite the supplied fan. Minor niggles. No other real issues at all - and certainly nothing that wouldn't stop me from booking again.
