Really friendly staff, great welcome with the dog including dog blanket, bowl, poo bags and ball in the room! Let us leave our bags with reception before check in and after check out due to train times which was great. Location was perfect for ease of access to town centre and the beach

The bathroom could do with updating but it was very clean The bed wasn't the most comfortable we had slept in so this could be improved.

Location good for central Bristol and easy access to motorway. Rooms very well sound insulated despite location on busy road. Rooms clean, comfortable and well equipped with the basics. Staff friendly.

I missed breakfast by 3 mins as arrived down at reception at 10.33am on Sunday and was disappointed I couldn’t have any. Might be an idea to be a little more flexible for arriving under 5 mins after it’s ended. Price for Sat night only is expensive

It was peaceful and a quiet location after a long evening of travelling.

The mattress dipped in the centre and I could tell it had been slept in a fair amount. I went to make a cup of tea after a late night check-in and found limescale in the bottom of the kettle!? I tried to clean it out but didn't have much luck and I was not impressed! I told a housekeeper the next morning after checking out!?
