Excellent location in the heart of the Jewelery Quarter. No fuss, Boutique style hotel. Spotlessly clean. If you arrive around 5 p.m., and you don't mind a 5 minute walk to the hotel, there is free parking until 12 noon the following day on Carver Street.

Very noisy,busy road just outside the room. No air conditioning. The room was extremely warm and we were unable to keep windows open due to the noise from outside. Not a great sleep on this occasion due to this.

The fact I had to wait at reception 40 minutes to check in as nobody was there. I had emailed them to tell them I would be delayed and checking in late. I expect a refund and I have spoken to customer service about this and I expect my refund within the next 24 hours.
