The Location is Perfect. The Hotel is very nicely decorated. The Staff are always very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are good value for money and there is a good choice of items from the buffet and also a very nice cooked breakfast. The bathrooms are very modern. The rooms are very well serviced. The hotel bar is staffed all night.

Unfortunately, on this visit I had a room on the lower floor which was adjacent to some sort of fan motor which I could hear running at night. I could also hear extra motors starting up early in the morning (presumably from the kitchen) Also overlooking the side road where the HGV's parked whilst making there deliveries - so even more noise.

Very clean and spacious Caravan, ideal for a family of 4(2 children) and a dog. The interior is incredibly clean, beautiful scents and equipped with everything you need for everyday functioning. location great, very quiet place, shop with basic articles, pleasant indoor pool. We had great time, thank you!

The only downside is a restaurant that was not active without prior notice, so if you plan to go there to have a dinner, we recommend to check with the restaurant earlier to not be surprised.

I liked the space (not small cage-like room that I'm used to in Blackpool), fresh towels, clean linen and cutlery, very nice service.

I didn't like dirty windows and that I wasn't able to close them properly, cold was blowing through them, also bathroom shower wasn't clean.

a lot, no bedding for the sofa beds, broken blinds, so the cab drivers could look in on my sleeping nieces, not enough toilet rolls for 10 people, leaking radiator, poor heating, no breakfast provided, no milk, no kitchen roll, very poor for kitchen appliances. keys were not easily accessible, i hurt my ankle on the gate trying to get in, which resulted in seeking medical attention, not what you want the night before your wedding !

Dated is being polite. Room was really hot and the fan we were supposed with didn’t work. I went to ask for a new one and there was no one on reception. The chap was having a fag outside and said he’d find me one and bring it up. It never arrived. We were woken early by the sound of building works and lorry after lorry driving past.
