Location was excellent, next to the river and easy walk to town centre. Comfortable bed and good en-suite. Great decking area and seats for a coffee/wine. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming.

The breakfast was excellent, lovely china and cutlery. There was everything you could have possibly wanted for breakfast and it was cooked perfectly no complaints at all .

Bedroom and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Dinner options were good too. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking.

A loud kitchen extraction fan is ducted through the wall in Room 3 and this results in a very loud disruptive noise. This prevented both of us from being able to sleep and when I complained I was told that we should have been warned about this on arrival. We were not told this and we were not offered an alternative room or any reimbursement. The fan was turned off around 10:00-10:30pm.

Comfy bed, great location, ideal for solo travellers if staying for a night or two, Netflix free to use on the TV

Shower was quite small and difficult to use, the room wasn’t very soundproof as the hotel became quite noisy in the morning. The aircon leaked a lot of water every time I tried to use it which was quite annoying

Air conditioning dripped throughout the night so we had to turn it off which made the room incredibly warm. Unable to open the window due to outside noise. Also, we were unable to have breakfast due to an early start but the hotel were unable to box up a takeaway breakfast.

Overpriced for that weekend for some reason went from 80-90 for a night to £180 that particular weekend, not value for money despite location. Also given disability room which lower washbasin with a bad back was not good.

Di. Er and drinks the night of the stay, we ordered food which was of very poor quality and slow. Cocktails priced at £13 were outrageous, particularly as the mojitos were basically lemonade and syrup..
