Positive section of review
basic room. clean. Space to relax and move around, but could be a bit cramped for two people. Kettle - so my tea did not taste like left over coffee. Windows open - mine faced the courtyard and was nicely quiet. Location - 90 second walk to the Gloucester Rd tube station. 5 to 10 minute walk south to a couple of great pubs. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

I've stayed here 5 times and was used to the included breakfast being full English. That's changed to continental. Hot options are available for added cost. And Peter who was an institution as the breakfast server has retired. I truly hope Peter that you enjoy your retirement. You deserve it after so many years delivering such great customer service.

Location was spot on to get around the city! Room was amazing & kept clean. Bed was comfy although wish there was spare pillows! The built in remote holder was super handy & LED lights were super easy to use alongside the aircon! Would stay again if in the area, although the bathroom was on the smaller side it was doable!

Loved the visit overall but the only issue was with the bathroom being super small! My partner is 6’5 and his knees were squished against the wall whenever on the toilet, there was also no lock on the bathroom however this wasn’t an issue for us but could be for others.

The room was decently sized (but I think I got the accessible room), and the staff very friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Lovely view out the window. Close to Edgware Road but quite a trek from Paddington. Lots of eateries and a supermarket around makes this a convenient place to stay for a conference.

The temperature and flow limit on the hot shower is a bit of a dealbreaker especially when the weather is cold. There was a large brown stain at the head of the mattress that was visible through the clean sheets which I hope was coffee. Management calling and/or knocking on the door every evening to ask about the satisfaction with housekeeping felt kind of intrusive and inconvenient. Also echoing a lot of reviews on the lack of “storage space” in the room. The room has plenty of space but a lack of any surfaces to put things on.

Just an overnight stay while travelling. No lift and stairwell is narrow but lovley man assisted with suitcases. Room was spacious and bathroom huge (with a tub).

Room contained comfy beds and spacious (beds not right next to each other). Location was good, handy to shopping, restaurants and easy to get to attractions.
