Rooms were lush and perfect for us and our guests - everyone remarked on how happy they were with their stay. Breakfast and all the options were a perfect start to our next day of long travel. Hospitality and assistance of staff was key in making our stay with 25 guests smooth and the staff (Tina, especially) went above and beyond ensuring this. We'll definitely be back (already making plans) again with another group.

My guests were a bit disappointed that the pool and sauna were closed as several were looking forward to enjoying it after a long travel day.

Beautiful place to stay. Was staying alone as I was visiting family not too far away so a bit overkill for one but the price at the time was better than hotels etc nearby. Own parking spot, nice TV, great super fast WiFi, super comfortable bed and linen, lovely bathroom, great shower. Amazing kitchen. Everything was more than covered!! Will definitely stay again.

Nicholas is a very responsive host that responded acutely to any slight mishap to the flat -- e.g. The cooker was not working as well and he immediately offered to order takeout, bought an electric cooker that came the next day, and arranged for a technician to come to take a look. He is respectful of boundaries but is attentive to any needs.

The length of the stay -- wished I could've stayed longer, although Nicholas did offer to extend the stay!

Located conveniently close to airport (within walking distance). Extremely comfortable bed and pillows enabled a much needed night's rest. Dinner and bar options within hotel provided the luxury of not having to go out after a long day of travel. Continental breakfast was all we needed to get a good start to our day.

We loved the whole experience of the inn itself, everyone was helpful and pleasant, nothing was too much trouble. The cabin was wonderful lovely and warm, very well equiped the hot tub was amazing we would recommend to all our friends and family.

The room we were in had recently been refurbished & furnishings were of a good quality. The finish in the bathroom was of a very high standard. Breakfast was good. Checking in and out was straight forward and quick.

The hotel was undergoing refurbishment. Some corridor carpets were covered with plastic. The view from our bedroom window wasn't very nice as you could see building materials. The front of the hotel doesn't reflect the interior which is a shame.

A very nice hotel in a great location - shame they have to charge £10 to park on top of quite expensive room rates!
