Good size for 2 people. Parking permit provided for one car in communal car park behind flats. Bedroom had plenty of wardrobe space. Clean bedding and comfortable bed. Bath towels provided. Kitchen had plenty of utensils and crockery. Brand new saucepans. Lounge had a 2-seat settee, a dining table and 4 chairs. Small TV. The location was excellent within easy walking to the town centre and opposite The Indian Summer restaurant, which served fab Indian food is directly opposite the flat.

Overall property clean and tidy however: There was a strong musty smell on entering the flat that seem to come be in the hall and lounge areas. We ventilated daily but had to close windows on going out, which was most of the time. Not sure if we were first visitors of the season. The bathroom had lots of cobwebs around the ceiling, we ejected the spider. I also had to clean the sink taps which had soap scum/limescale around them. The bathroom sink could do with renewing as showing its age. The kitchen dinner plates could do with a thorough clean - one had food stains and the others under the top three were gritty/dusty. The carpets may need a deep clean.

Arrived early for check in but was able to relax in the Cellar bar until the time. Very pleased to receive a room upgrade at no extra cost. Lovely view of the golf course from the room. Good range of drinks and food in The Cellar bar and a lovely buffet breakfast each morning in Loft 18. Very good leisure facilities with a lovely pool.

Room was very clean but everything was very cheap. The toilet paper could not have been thinner. There was coffee making facilities but no biscuits which I would have expected for the amount they charged for the room. It was passable but as I said everything was on the cheap and it needed a facelift.

Everything, great location, quiet comfortable rooms & comfy beds, soft towels, Very clean, TV, great breakfast included in room price, buffet style, help yourself to cooked breakfast or continental or some of both! What’s not to love? Would definitely stay again.

Convenient location and relatively new and modern holiday home with available parking on-site. Generally well equipped and clean. We partially liked the balcony /patio which offered a good space to enjoy the sun over a glass of wine on a good day.

Very small size, especially the second bedroom and the guest bathroom. Beds were a bit too soft and did not feel very comfortable. Some of the porcelain mugs in the house contained metallic coating and not suitable for use in the microwave or dishwasher. But without any warning, I had my fingers burned when I touched one of the mugs 😭

The guest house was spotlessly clean. The owner was lovely as was the cleaner, we were made extremely welcome. It was in walking distance to Wembley Arena so was perfect.

The shower in one of our room did not work, was no cold water in it. We spoke 2 times to the front desk but nothing happened. The food reservations, we did not know we had to book a table for the breakfest.

The staff when you could find any weren’t very conversational bit rude . The property needs a major refurbishment . It claims to be a non smoking property but clearly could smell cannabis throughout. Noisiest neighbours in house nxt door loud music n noises in property old toiletries left in shower
