Ashford Apt is a holiday flat in a lovely and quiet area just a stone's throw away from Robin Hood's Bay. The terrace offers a great view over the huge garden and the surrounding area. The apartment comes with two bedrooms - though one of them is more like a small chamber with just enough room for the bed and a sideboard with a very small window. The beds are very comfy though! There is an outdoor hot tub on the terrace which we didn't use. People with mobility issues should know that the apartment is only accessible via a couple of steps. Wasn't a problem for us, but might be important for others. The available parking spaces are on the small side, too. So if you have a bigger car it can get a bit tricky. Our host was very kind to help us fix the parking situation upon our arrival in no time at all.

I can't think of much here. There was a bit of a smell coming from the drains (I think?) in front of the apartment, but not in the apartment. The second bedroom is on the small side as mentioned and even though it does have a double bed it's probably best to use it for one person only.

Location was excellent - a very short walk into town (no more than five minutes) and easy to find. Breakfast was really good!!! Hosts very friendly and guest house very clean and fresh looking. Lovely room.

Parking was provided which was great but is up a steep hill. Not a problem at all for our little car but any car with very low spoilers need to take care. Hosts provided detailed instructions on this beforehand so was not a problem.

The location was lovely and quiet, and a good base for exploring the area. The bathroom was nice and modern, and we had an area where we could sit outside. We liked Mundesley in general as a place to stay.

The facilities were quite basic in terms of the equipment in the kitchen (like no breadbin or grater) and it was quite small. The double bed was on the small side too as we're both quite tall. Some extra homely touches around the place would be nice and extra facilities like a bathroom cabinet would be appreciated.

Fully equipped kitchen, warm room, bright room with openable window, Sainsbury's local is just right downstairs, 24/7 receptionist, close by bus and tram stops.

I came twice to borrow a hairdryer, but it was just never there. My room was at the very end of this maze-like building, so that was a bit annoying (not sure if the other rooms were full). The location is not bad, but a bit far to walk to the centre but too close for a single ride with the public transport (which costs £2), so maybe something to take into account before booking. The automatic bathroom light was terrible, it went off every 2 seconds of no movement.

Excellent location. The staff was helpful and friendly. The prices are very reasonable, the breakfast which was included in my room rate was very good.

The corridors are narrow, but that's not even a complaint.

Helpful friendly staff, great location close to transport and walking distance to many London sights

Checkout time of 10am is too early ,should be 11am as per most other hostels. Leaking shower and room carpet in poor condition, needs replacing.. Can be noisy.

No breakfast but helpful staff who told us where to get breakfast

Nothing really. We were chasing a participant in the West Highland Way race, and staff let us check in early which was helpful. Not many facilities, but we didnt need much. What was offered was well done.
