The staff were all so helpful and friendly. It makes a huge difference. It's so welcoming and you don't feel out of place being ladies travelling to the area in a golfing hotel. Food was good too.

As two septuagenarians, the shower above the bath was awkward (Slippery getting out). The coffe percolator was a nice touch, if the plunger had been big enough to work! and there were no curtains, only blinds, which did not cut out the flashing security light on one side and the yard light on the other. The breakfast arrangements were disastrous - but this was not the fault of the Clive Arms!
