We received a lovely welcome by the hosts and shown around the property. The property was beautiful! spacious, clean, fully equipped, a real home from home, and there was also parking just outside the property. The beds were really comfortable and the location was so peaceful. The towels were soft, there were little toiletries for each person and the dining room table was set up beautifully and there was even a bottle of wine in the fridge. There are lots of animals about the grounds to visit and it is so well equipped for younger children, and inside the property there was a highchair and a beautiful cot ready if you need it. The hosts were amazing, could not do enough to help, but you did not feel imposed on either. Beautiful quiet place to stay with all the convince of big shops and attractions close by.

Most beautiful spot if you are seeking to get away into the nature for some piece and quietness. We stayed for a long weekend in May and couldn't recommend it more- the views onto the sea are stunning with amazing sunsets. We were lucky with the weather and were able to spend a lot of time on the terracce. The cabin is very cosy and beautifully decorated and has everything you need and many thoughtful derails.

The cabin only has coffee in tea bags, a little French Press/coffee machine would be amazing, but other than that nothing else I would change.

Lovely hotel, our room no. 17 was enormous, triple aspect with 3 sea views and a bath! Lived the touches of free tea, coffee, biscuits & toiletries. All very fresh & clean! Excellent restaurant downstairs, we stayed B&B & the breakfast was outstanding & tasty. They have a great choice and are very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Only 1 little thing the bed could do with a 1 inch memory foam topper so you don't feel the springs. Otherwise everything else was first class! Thanks for lovely stay!

There was plenty of choice for breakfast, including fruit, juices, cereals, toast and well cooked breakfast. This was efficiently served to tables with clean cloths and serviettes. Location had lovely views with an easy drive into Stratford Upon Avon. The owner was very helpful and accommodating.

Had to be careful backing into the parking space in front of the garage, directly from the road due to possible traffic both ways, although not a busy road.

The property is just off the Pennine way, making it a great starting points for walks. There is also a nice walk from there to Alston when the weather is nice. The actual property inside if simple and practical, and the hosts friendly enough.

The main disappointment was that the Hot tub was shared. This was not mentioned anywhere in the property description; in fact it was down as a room amenity. It was also dirty with scum marks on the side and very turbid water and floating hair/filth. The property lacked any private outdoor space, with an outside table being on the other side of the access path to the hot tub. Not ideal. The bathroom mats were full of loose threads. A simple to thing to have sorted.

Breakfast very good. Had dinner once in our stay also very good. Menu remained the same so that might be a problem for some. Stayed in a castle room which was excellent. The bar was great and plenty of local walks

Very Central and friendly staff. Jess on reception was very polite and friendly. We left very early in the morning and the night porter was a wonderful helpful young man.
