  Everything. The room was super spotless 👌 as you walk in, it smelt so lovely and was so clean & fresh. Such a good caravan and also the area in itself was lovely too. The staff that worked there was on top form. Enjoyed so much have rebooked again! Thank you so much and the owners have really looked after it 🙏 highly recommend this place .   The location was perfect, photos do the justice to the apartment. it has everything necessary for a trip (washer, dryer). I would stay there again.

  Communication with the host was way off. I needed to check in earlier, so they confirmed that I could leave my luggage in the apartment as there would be cleaning in process. In the next message, they said that they were not sure if anyone would be in the apartment. Then they forgot about cleaning at all and delayed our check-in till 19-00 (though we were allowed to leave our bags, which was helpful). Of course, they said that they were sorry, but it was a nasty experience for me not to be able to have a shower after a 10+ hour flight that arrived at 11 am until 19-00. What was even more surprising, the host was chasing me daily on WhatsApp so I left him a good personal review. I thought that it was a joke at first, but he kept chasing me, so I had to block his contact. The shower had a really bad pressure, as it was connected via a low-pressure heater.

  We didn't get any room service during our 3 night stay (which we were informed about at the beginning). The communication with the reception is quite difficult as the only way to contact them is via Whatsapp and we had to wait for approx 40 minutes to get a response for a quite simple request. The A/C was also not working properly - it stopped blowing warm air after each time we plugged in & out our room card. It was not convenient to go to the reception each time for someone to reset the settings so that the A/C could start working again.
