Dinner........Food was good and value for money. I always prefer buffet good, this suits me. Dinning area was very spacious with views of the beach. What a cosy, tranquil and quiet place to dine without kids! Breakfast.........Food was delicious with a variety to choose. Cooked food was only warm though. Bed was quite comfy, beddings clean, Bathroom facilities good and clean. But very disappointed without any soap for emergency use after using the toilet. Also, the water from the shower is extremely annoying with 2min stoppings continuously. It would be nice if the water comes on continuously and stops after 8 to 10 mins

My partner and myself didn't like the shower. The sachets of powered milk were disgusting.

Great location for visiting the Peak District. Lovely walks right from the doorstep. Accommodation was excellent, clean and well equipped. Karen was so friendly and helpful too.

It looked really nice inside the room. Bathroom looked modern. Location really good. We had an operation at the Brompton and there train strikes so needed to stay.

Room 103 had a TERRIBLE smell of damp. Also had a tiny courtyard outside (door didn't lock) - this contained loads of drains so very noisy with flushes and showers. Three bugs in the bathroom. Bed uncomfortable.

Front desk staff, was asked to come n get our luggages from our room, waited for 20 mins nobody turned up and ended up dragging 2 large suitcases downstairs with a baby. Terrible..

Room 5 had been plundered to stock other rooms. 2 mugs 2 small dinner plates. No hot water or microwave on arrival. I’m here for mums funeral. Had to raid mum’s old apartment for more crockery and cutlery. Shower / toilet stank to high heaven as no window, fan or any form of ventilation. Towels damaged and dirty. Day 3 the electricity shut off. Other residents told me pre pay meter had been recently installed due to non payment of bills. Groups of youths gathered outside our windows at night making sleeping hard at a very bad time. Filthy!!!
