I arrived very early in the day and my room was not yet available as check in was 3 o'clock. I left my luggage with reception while I explored the town of St Helier and came back later in the day to complete check in and was pleasantly surprised when I asked about my luggage that it had been placed in my suite. On my day of departure I was on an evening flight and my checkout was 12 o'clock, reception looked after my luggage during the day while I was out exploring the Island. The breakfast team were polite and welcoming and whenever I was in the lounge the staff would ask me if I needed anything.

We had an enjoyable 2 night stay at the cottage. Superb location, very close to the village store and heart of the village. Key collection was easy. The property is very clean and well appointed, we felt like we were at home. The beds were super comfy too. We walked to 'The Ness' pub for an evening meal one night - great food and views!

Huge rooms, staff very accommodating and friendly, nice food, great breakfast. Very dog friendly. Beautiful grounds. Recommend this place, it’s a hidden gem. If we up this way would definitely return.

There was a good choice at breakfast and good quality food. Location of room overlooking the river and seeing kingfishers was brilliant! Our room was comfortable and spacious.

This hotel is in a beautiful location and the staff were amazing, they made our stay very special. Meeting Nelly was an added bonus (the friendly deer).

Breakfast was lovely. Could do with more drink varieties. Staff were lovely and polite. Bar was well stocked. Our room was comfortable and clean.

The shower in the room is a health and safety issue. The water runs out of the shower tray and all over the bathroom. We had to put towels down to soak all the water up. This was really the only issue.

Location was quiet in a good area. No breakfast, I bought my own food. Ideal for one person and I was very happy there.

The hotel had an event and someone inside the even had vmclearly had to much drink and it took some time to react to his poor behaviour.. it took until the police was called and turned to sort the situation. I would have expected a quicker reaction time this truly ruined my over all experience
