Nothing, utterly disgusted with the whole experience! They should not be allowed to advertise false & misleading information to customers.

This property should not be listed as a "Hotel"! It is a small mid-terraced house converted into several very small box rooms, situated on a noisy main road. The entrance was dominated by multiple wheelie-bins (see photos). The listing photos have been very cleverly taken to give a misleading impression. There is NO on-site parking (as was clearly listed when we booked) so we had to park on double yellow lines! No staff were available when we arrived and no pre-arrival instructions sent. The "hotel" didn't reply to any messages or phonecalls. There were 2 other concerned guests trying to check-in as well and we only managed to get in after another guest got out of her shower and came to help us! The bedroom was tiny and the bed itself was cheap and very uncomfortable, with springs pressing into our backs. The TV remote control was missing and one towel had ominous brown stains! As we were only given half a roll of toilet paper (for 2 people for 2 nights) perhaps the previous guests had to improvise! Having prepaid for 2 nights, we left after the first night. At the point of writing this review, we have still not heard from the "hotel" or received a refund from them.

It was good value for money. The breakast was good and the room was as expected.

it was very poorly signposted as to where to go if you did not know which building to go. As I had not visited the site before, I did not appreciate how big it was and thus I had to find a specific building. Once there it was not clear where the reception was either. It would be fine for a second visit.

It was like sleeping next to a refrigerator as the back window of room 8, which was covered with a stained net, overlooked the motor housing for the hotel. It kept going on and off at night disturbing your sleep.

Everything, smelt bad , mould in fridge , carpets all lifting & dangerous. Toilet seat broke, bath jets full of crust, bath plug needs to be got out with a knife . No bath mat, no hand towels no hairdryer . No tv in bedroom , really poor . Stair case very dangerous as the step is broken under the carpet . Dark & smelly hallway. Lock on back door accident waiting to happen. The terrace was scruffy , no cushions on loungers or chairs , fag ends & bird poo everywhere. Worst place I’ve ever stayed with booking.com - never ever in a million years been a luxury stay . Sort it out will you it’s a waste of ppls hard earn money .
