Our second visit and it didn’t disappoint. The location in the centre of town was great. A spacious room with a really comfortable bed. We only ate breakfast there but it was fabulous probably the best hotel breakfast we have had. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful.

Apartment was well located and only a 5 minute walk to the city centre. The decor was first class and it had every facility you could wish for. The view from the property was poor but we made a choice when booking that a courtyard view was suitable for our stay.

Not a 4 bed property as described very disappointing No dinning table Kitchen very small only one at a time could prepare meals Garden was a mess paint tins cigarette dumps all over sofas very uncomfortable No mirrors to shave Do not use sign on the boiler but was still working when tried to contact the agent got no reply after 4 attempts. unsafe practice.

We were freezing for three days and nights , fire didn't work properly there was no central heating and I didn't no about the heating underneath the cabinet's until the last day ,the tv was not working properly

Nothing we didn’t like We had an issue with no hot water in the shower but as soon as it was reported we were given the key to another room opposite to use that shower. Perhaps could have been a bit more choice in the continental breakfast
