Location- just off Oxford Street was even better than expected . Very close to Marble Arch tube Hotel is very attractive and colourful inside. Good facilities and 24hr shop etc. Drinks in the bar were lovely, breakfast was good and my mum was offered gluten free toast and other options.

Hotel is very busy and noisy downstairs. Breakfast in particular is very hassled and had lots of choices missing- staff just could not cope. Main complaint are the lifts. They work with your card and you are assigned a particular lift for your journey. It could take up to 20 minutes for a lift from the breakfast room on the basement. Just too complicated and too slow a system. This was a frustration for many, many guests.

Couldn't fault the place at all. Compared to all of my previous stays over the years, I can safely say that this place has been my best stay by a long way. I will definitely be considering this place again as a priority for any other trips that I make to Whitby in the future.

Pat greeted me to hand over the key and show the apartment. A wonderful and friendly lady. The accommodation was great and spacious and had everything we needed. Beautiful sea view. Highly recommended.

Room was too hot - couldn't turn radiators down - shower water very hot. Didn't get a message to give me access code - had to go to another address - then they sent me the message - waste of my time.
